Bloomingdale’s Giveaway

I am pleased to announce that I have a $50 Bloomingdale’s gift card for a lucky, lucky MCLV reader.

Now, what does it take to win this glorious prize? Take a page from yesterday’s post and tell me your favorite piece from all of Bloomingdale’s Fall offerings.

Any piece, any brand, any price.

Personally, I’m partial to the DVF lookbook for fall, so many gorgeous colors and cuts, I almost can’t narrow it down!

But this contest, my dear readers, isn’t about me. So what’s YOUR favorite?

  • Send me an email OR post a comment to this post or on Facebook
  • Tell me WHY you love a specific piece (men’s/women’s clothing, accessories, bags, shoes – anything!) AND WHERE you’d wear it/carry it if it was yours
  • Keep in mind that I’m not judging your taste, so pick what you truly love, the winner will be chosen at random
  • You can submit through midnight Friday, November 11th & the winner will be announced next week

Good luck!

  1. I would love a short faux fur coat like the one you pictured. I love purple right now, so that would be nice. I would wear it with a black dress or for a special new years party! Thanks for the oppurtunity.

I like the MICHAEL Michael Kors Single Breasted Trench. Very festive red color and perfect for this super cold weather!! Would be great to top any outfit, especially to pull off a cute dress or skirt in winter. 🙂 I’d wear it for this upcoming Christmas party 😉

This is a sad, difficult, topic for me. This will be my first Fall in San Diego since moving from San Francisco. While one could contend I have no right to complain about perfect weather – I assert long beautiful coats are the best thing about Fall! If I were back in SF I would go with the Plaid Passporter Coat. I am really into that 70s look right now. I would love to pair that jacket with some high waisted dark blue jeans and a flirty blouse.

But – this just isn’t practical given my current climate. So – I would most likely buy, and wear the crap out of, the Three Dots Stretch Denim L/S Motorcycle Jacket. I could wear something like this to work, or for a night out in the Gaslamp… Vroom Vroom Beep Beep!

  4. Marilyn

    the Red Michael Kor’s coat/pants.

I would wear this awesome red coat everyday in SF if I could. I can wear these pants as a a separate with all my black tops or with a white shirt and pearls (with clean makeup and Channel red lipstick – my black hair up in a high ponytail). Tres chic, n’est pas?

  5. Elizabeth Agrilla

I loved the Lafayette 148 New York Embellished Modern Slim Skirt –

I love the delicate bead and sequin detail and the way the beads and sequins catch the light. Because I love the skirt so much I would wear it both to work and out on the town for dinner and or drinks with friends.

I’m trying to determine if its a problem on my end or if it’s the
blog. Any responses would be greatly appreciated.

  9. Admiring the persistence you put into your blog and in depth information you present.
It’s awesome to come across a blog every once in a while that isn’t the same unwanted
rehashed material. Wonderful read! I’ve saved your site and I’m adding your RSS feeds
    to my Google account.

  10. When I originalkly left a comment I appear to have clihked
