MCLV Style: Midi Dress

I have to confess that I’m a Dress Girl through-and-through.

My personal style isn’t overly feminine – I’m not really a fan of ruffles, the color pink, or other styles that scream “girlie” – But I do have a long-standing love of dresses. Regardless of whether they’re mini, midi, or maxi in length!

What really caught my eye about this dress was the combination of the simple, long-sleeved silhouette and the bold, colorful, all-over print. I really like that I could still include some statement pieces and color without overwhelming the frock. And since that means I can style it a number of different ways, I would say this was a great purchase!

And a fun Behind-the-Scenes note? The gorgeous Miss Bethann of Bethanimalprint was standing to the side while I was shooting this look with Lydia. And she’s wearing quite possibly the cutest skirt EVER.

Are YOU a fan of midi dresses too? What’s YOUR go-to length for this time of year?

I haven’t been a fan of midi-dresses because I’m quite short and they make me even shorter! However, they are so in this season and you are just amazing in it 🙂 Very very feminine!

  9. You look so great, Caity! I love the wild splash of color on this sleek design. I love wearing midi-dresses in the fall and can’t wait to pull my favorites out once this Carolina weather cools down. 🙂
