MCLV Mange: Raw Salted Caramel Chocolate Pecan Torte

When I’m cooking for myself it’s something of a free-for-all in my kitchen. I add random ingredients to recipes, swap out things I don’t have on hand, and rarely reach for a measuring cup.

And while I’ve tried different kinds of nuts in this recipe – Almonds, cashews, pecans – I usually stick pretty closely to the ingredients and amounts listed. Why? Because it’s just that good!

You can top it with anything you’re in the mood for – Vegan ice cream, fresh fruit, caramel sauce, carob chips, coconut flakes… They’ll all taste divine!
