Local designer Candice Cuoco of CCUOCO is one of my favorite San Francisco fashion discoveries.
I wore a custom-made bustier for New Year’s Eve this year {New Year’s Eve Leather} and recently sat front & center at her first solo runway show here in SF {CCUOCO DIVERGE}.
When she asked me to style a lookbook for Spring showing the versatility and wearability of her couture leather pieces, I immediately started daydreaming and drifted off to mixing & matching heaven.
As excited as I was to put together some daytime and nighttime looks using pieces from her collection, the end result was even better than I had hoped.
I mean… How often do your expectations get completely blown out of the water?

This leather dress is a cropped version of an amazing floor-length gown from Candice’s Fall 2013 collection and I immediately fell in love with this fresh, modern take on a classic style.
So how do you wear a leather dress for daytime? With a bow blouse and my favorite vintage peep-toe booties, of course.
How would YOU style this leather dress for daytime?
