MCLV Mange: Vegan Ice Cream

My go-to dessert these days is quick, easy, and surprisingly healthy.

When I say “quick” I really mean that – In under 5 minutes you’re eating. Two ingredients plus a blender or food processor and you’re done. Doesn’t get much better than that in my opinion.

Basically, we’re talking about an instant dessert but without preservatives or added sweeteners, chemicals, or fats.

  • Frozen Banana
  • Flavoring – My favorites include coconut flakes, chocolate protein powder, frozen berries, powdered peanut butter, or even just a dash of cinnamon. Just add whatever you’re craving! In the version above I added frozen and fresh raspberries.

Directions: {For ONE serving}

  • Put a frozen banana in your food processor or blender
  • Blend
  • Add water as needed to achieve ice cream-like consistency
  • Add your desired flavoring

This Vegan Ice Cream dish is tailor-made for brunch or a quick get-together because it’s so easy. No muss, no fuss.
