Local brand Saako is an up & comer in San Francisco fashion – With operations here in Bay Area, and designs made in and inspired by Barcelona, it’s a diverse, cosmopolitan company. Their recent collections include everything from scarves and headbands to bracelets, necklaces, and turbans.
They recently reached out to Kat of Katwalk SF and I for a fun, hippie inspired collaboration featuring some of their colorful, Mediterranean-inspired bold new pieces.

The black, white & cobalt blue scarf that I’m wearing above is one of my new favorite pieces. This isn’t just any scarf – It’s thick, fully lined, and incredibly soft and warm. I didn’t take it off for the rest of the day. Or the next…
With the bright, eye-catching colors and great size its perfect for everything from throwing over a maxi for Spring to carrying in your beach bag all Summer.
What do YOU think of these hippie styles?
