  2. I set Pomodoro on my iPad when I’m home working on my computer all day to remind myself to get down and do 5 minutes of planks every 25 minutes- otherwise I feel terrible at the end of the day! I also live where I can walk to my yoga studio, so that’s a great mid-day boost.
