MCLV Style: Street Style

Friend and fabulous photographer Pete Hopkins recently launched a Bay Area street style blog called The Valencia Street Review. To celebrate we got together for coffee, blog talk, and what else – An impromptu street style shoot in the hectic, under-construction Union Square area of the city. It was somewhat challenging to wander around crowded streets of tourist-filled Union Square trying to take pictures, but it turned out to be a truly fun and interesting challenge. I even taught Pete how to hair flip. Really. 🙂

Also, I’m CLEARLY obsessed with this Anthropologie tank because I just featured it just last week in my Miami Vice look! Not only is it incredibly cute & easy to style, but I’m also not used to this heat wave in San Francisco.

  1. I just love your red hair and the bag is to die for!

  2. You are a brave and patient girl! I could never even attempt to shoot midday, in that hectic place..but somehow you managed to look fab, unfrazzled and stunning. Well done!

  3. awesome shooting with you Caity! the hustle and bustle of the day added to the fun of the shoot. Plus, it’s great marketing for our respective blogs, because people want to know what’s going on and they get to tell their fiends that they were there during the shoot. Plus, they may get in the next one!
Thanks again for an awesome day and let’s shoot again soon!
