Workout Wednesday: Beach Ready

I love to workout – Love it – But I also have a short attention span and tend to get bored easily.

As a result of that, I like to mix things up, try out new workouts – Like the ones offered by the fitness app VINT – And read fitness blogs to help keep myself engaged.

Emily Skye – This former model turned fulltime gym badass is a force to be reckoned with. She transitioned from modeling, and feeling uncomfortable with her body, to not only being proud of her own progress, but a daily inspiration for legions of devoted fans. Luckily for us she’s offering all sorts of goodies to clients and followers – From killer workouts like this Full Body Beach Circuit to beauty videos & giveaways. I also started using her protein powder this year and am on my third bag – Not only is it really tasty, but it’s organic, raw, vegan, and gluten-free. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

Kayla Itsines – I did Kayla’s Bikini Body Training Guide earlier this year and loved it. I’m a devoted weights girl but I really enjoyed learning new bodyweight moves and seeing how they changed my body. Not only does she offer easy to follow workouts and nutritious meal guides, but her Instagram account is one of my favorites out there.

Blogilates – This YouTube rockstar made headlines earlier this year with a video on body shaming that reminded me just how much I look up to strong, determined women who refuse to let others tear them down. Check out her workout calendar to help you stay on track and yummy meal plans.

Tone It Up – I adore these ladies. They’re an endless source of fitness inspiration and always look like they’re having an amazing time. Not only do they offer great workouts on their website – Check out The Best Workouts To Do Before A Beach Trip – They also have recipes {pina colada muffins anyone?} and an online community that helps keep you motivated and on track with your goals.

Lydia Elise Millen – What I love about this Instagram & blogger sensation is how she incorporates her real and well-rounded life into her accounts. Her stunning pictures include gorgeous outfits, her ridiculously cute cat, beauty must haves, gym essentials, and more. Not to mention she’s always optimistic, focused, and filled with inspiration for her readers.
