MCLV Mange: Vegan Snowball Cookies

After my peanut butter cookie triumph I wanted to try another holiday classic to add to my menu for this season – Vegan Snowball Cookies. They’re another quick & easy recipe that’s super delicious and they come out really cute. The perfect cookie for a cocktail or holiday party, or for dropping off with friends or neighbors in a sweet little tin.

Snowball Cookies Holiday Dessert Recipes Vegan Gluten-Free Paleo San Francisco Bay Area Fashion Food Fitness Lifestyle Blogger

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Applesauce
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Sea Salt
  • 2 Cups of Flour {almond meal, gluten-free flour, cashew flour…}
  • Optional: Add carob chips, chocolate chips, almond slivers, crushed walnuts, pecans…

Directions:

  • Set oven to 325
  • Mix dry ingredients
  • Blend the wet ingredients and add to the dry
  • Add any extras like nuts or chocolate chips
  • Shape dough into walnut sized balls & place on an oiled cookie sheet or parchment paper
  • Bake for ~20 minutes until bottoms are browning & let cool on a cookie sheet
