All Things Running

I’ve been a dedicated to running for about a year and a half now. It’s my favorite way to decompress and the *ultimate* stress-reliever for me these days. I’m not running marathons or logging serious weekly mileage, but I think that all you need to call yourself a runner is to enjoy hitting the road!

Bad day? Go for a run.

Have an extra hour? Go for a long run.

Beautiful day out? You guessed it – Go running!

Over the years I’ve read books, had my gait tested, researched running shoes, and, most importantly, actually gone running. Having just signed up for my first race since having back surgery two and a half years ago, I did what I always do when I’m excited about something new – I scoured the internet for tips and suggestions and recommendations from the best of the best.
