Welcome back my lovely skin care junkies!
First, I adore mud-based masks. They’re great for reducing redness and helping brighten tired, fatigued skin. Plus, it is scented Lavender Peppermint, and I live for anything mint/peppermint/wintergreen scented. It’s such a relaxing and rejuvenating scent for me that I think I may be predisposed to love mint products.
Second, this is a great brand that supports an amazing cause. Not only are the ingredients wild and organic, the masque has no synthetic additives, and was not tested on animals. Not enough for you? 10% of profits go to wilderness preservation, habitat restoration, environmental defense and education in the Copper River Watershed.
Application – A smooth, easy application using the brush. I covered the relevant areas in a thin layer and made dinner while I waited for the drying to occur.
Immediate Results – My usual redness around the nose and forehead were definitely toned down after washing off the mask. Overall, my skin looked much more refreshed than I was feeling.
Thoughts – I really enjoyed this mask and have been using it weekly since my inaugural trial. It’s a good addition to my skin care routine since my face can look a little dull by the end of the week.
Do YOU like mud masques?
