Here’s a round-up of some of my healthy favorites from this Summer. Some good travel goodies and some new-to-me products I’m loving.
Turmeric Curcumin Supplements – These supplements promote joint health and offer a healthy, natural alternative to popping your daily anti-inflammatories. The bonus is that turmeric, in addition to being a natural anti-inflammatory, can also help boost your immune and digestive systems. Doesn’t get much more helpful than that!
Peppermint Matcha Green Tea – I love green tea but it can sometimes upset my stomach, so this peppermint match green tea is the perfect solution. Matcha goodness with a yummy mint twist.
Natural Calm – This magnesium powder is a long-time favorite of mine. I dissolve a spoonful in warm water before starting my nighttime routine and it helps relax my body while also giving me a boost of magnesium and calcium.
Bell Plantation PB2 – Powdered peanut butter is a gift from the gods! I add it to smoothies, baking, oats – Anything. Check out my Peanut Butter Banana Protein Muffins and you’ll see what I mean! And if you love chocolate you’re in luck – Bell Plantation PB2 Chocolate!
