While fresh foods and filling your refrigerator are important parts of maintaining a healthy lifestyle – It’s also a good idea to make sure that you’ve got the basic necessities in your pantry or cupboards.
I for one don’t have a true pantry, but I use a large chunk of my kitchen cupboards for some must have products that I always have on hand.

Liquids:
- Oils – Olive oil & coconut oil are essentials for me. I also like to keep sesame, grapeseed or hempseed oil for salad dressings. And occasionally I’ll have a fun infused oil like this chili sauté oil.
- Vinegar – Apple cider vinegar, rice vinegar, and balsamic vinegar are non negotiable. Red wine vinegar can be tasty in dressings as well, but I’m not super diligent about keeping that one on hand.
- Sauces – Tahini, soy sauce, coconut amino acids, maple syrup, brown rice syrup, almond butter, and cashew butter.
