Fall & Winter Hair

As far as I’m concerned one of the best parts of the changing seasons is getting a chance to spice up your routines and styles. You get a fresh slate style-wise and can go anywhere with it. Whether that means doing a little Fall shopping, trying out some fun beauty products, or giving a new hairstyle a spin.

Fall & Winter Hair Styles:

While beachy waves and sweet updos are perfect for BBQs, weddings, and outdoor events during the Summer, it’s fun to mix things up this time of year. Check out some of these chic ideas and fun tutorials for Fall & Winter.

Fall & Winter Hair TLC:

Between salt water, chlorine, and the harsh rays of the Summer sun, your tresses can take a beating during the warm-weather months. But that doesn’t mean the wind, rain, snow, and colder temperatures of Fall and Winter can’t be just as damaging – So be sure to give your strands some much deserved TLC in the coming months.

What’s your go-to hairstyle for Fall? How do you keep your hair healthy?

Healthy Smoothie Recipes

In my humble opinion one of the best things about Summer and Fall is the produce – From putting together delectable salad beasts filled with all the fresh vegetables I can get my hands on to juicing & blending the fruits & veggies I pick up at the farmers market.

You can check out some of my personal favorite healthy, vegan smoothies in my recent Morning Routine post or you can read the MCLV Mange: October Smoothie Challenge series that I wrote last year.

In the mood for something sweeter than one of my straightforward green smoothies? Here are some tasty, creative healthy smoothie recipes I’ve found lately so you can use up all your fresh fruit and vegetables while the harvest lasts.

Looks of the Week – Minimalist Edition

As much fun as mixing prints and pops of neon are, sometimes nothing is chicer than a simple, sleek look. Solid colors, clean lines, great tailoring – They can all be just as dramatic and striking as a bold pattern.

{All-over white and gold is a timeless warm-weather style and this is just how to do it.}

{Sometimes you just can’t go wrong with a chic little suit, and you barely need accessories when you choose a flattering, bold color.}

{Chic head-to-toe white is one of my favorite styles right now and the loose, flattering silhouette of these pieces is perfection!}

{Slouchy grey layers channel the perfect laid back look for this Summer-to-Fall transition period.}

{Mixing & matching structured pieces in neutral hues is the picture perfect way to put together a chic minimal look.}

Are you a fan of less-is-more fashion? Which of these minimalist looks is your favorite?
