Did you enjoy National Yoga Month in September?
I sure did!
My main ambition was to program myself to let go of stress and worry when I walked into the door. I didn’t want to fixate on a specific goal, but rather to enjoy every moment of the month that I spent in the studio. I really want to develop the ability to shed my daily life and concerns at the door and relish the immediate sense of relief and bliss when I walk into a yoga studio.

While I feel like I made a TON of progress on this during September, in part I imagine due to repetition, I also believe that it’s almost a life-long goal. Not something that you can 100% achieve in a month. But every step I take is a step in the right direction!

- It forces me to slow down
- It makes me smile
- It brings me peace
- It challenges me
- It helps me become a better version of myself
