Healthy Breakfast

Starting your day with a healthy, nutritious breakfast is important. Whether you roll out of bed and head straight for the kitchen or eat later like I do, the first things that you put into your body each day are important and set the tone for the day.

I like to start my day a glass of warm water with lemon and mint, as well as a little detox shot to help my body reach an alkaline state. My first meal of the day is a green smoothie filled with fresh produce, maca, acai, wheatgrass, and raw, vegan, gluten-free protein powder.

Whether you prefer fruit or eggs or something freshly baked, below are some delicious, healthy breakfast ideas to get you inspired!
