Easy No-Cook Mini Meals & Snacks

I love cooking and spending quality time in the kitchen, but there isn’t always time for sit down meals, so these mini no cook meals and snacks can save your life.

Plus, I know that there are plenty of people out there who either aren’t fans of long trips to the grocery store or meal prep, or haven’t quite mastered their kitchen game yet.

Here are some quick & easy suggestions to help you get started.

Easy Food No Cook Vegan Gluten-Free Paleo San Francisco Bay Area Fashion Food Fitness Lifestyle Blogger Recipes

{Healthy Trail Mix – Vegan, Gluten-Free, Paleo from Eye Candy Popper}

  • Raw Nuts or trail mix {stay away from sugar & salt packed versions, as delicious as they are}
  • Hard Boiled Eggs
  • Greek Yogurt with strawberries or blueberries
  • Brown Rice Packets {pre-cooked, just heat!}
  • Crudite + Hummus {you can find pre-cut veggies at your local store or just grab a little bag of baby carrots or sugar snap peas and mix them together yourself}
  • Brown Rice Cakes w/ Hummus or Almond Butter {depending on whether you’re in the mood for sweet or savory at the moment}
  • Apple or banana with Almond Butter
  • Larabar or other whole food bar with no added sugar {or make homemade larabars}
  • Frozen fruit {seriously, frozen grapes are the best thing EVER}
  • Banana Soft Serve – aka Nice Cream
