When it comes to this time of year there are endless number of things that I love – From the weather to the food to the cozy indoor activities to beat the outdoor temperatures.

What do I not love? What Winter can do to my skin. From chapped lips to dry, flaky skin to a general aura that feels lackluster.

So what’s my solution? Pump up the moisture. Both inside and out. Read on for my top three tips for beating Winter skin.

[1.] Moisturize

Drink your water! And green tea. And coconut water. And smoothies. And green juice.

Just drink!

Increasing your fluid intake {and sadly, neither coffee nor vino apply in this instance – Sniff} is the fastest and longest lasting way to improve your skin this time of year.

[2.] Protect

Don’t be fooled by cloudy skies, you need your SPF just as much in Winter as you do during the Summer. Especially when snow is involved!

You also need heavy-duty moisturizer and some serious eye cream to give your skin the TLC it needs.
